Package 2: The Growth CRM

Investment: Starting at $1,250

Best for: Businesses with a small sales team or a clear sales process that they want to track and manage. This package turns the CRM into an active tool for closing deals.

Includes:

  • Everything in the “The Starter CRM Package” PLUS:
  • Custom Sales Pipeline Setup: I will design and configure a visual sales pipeline that reflects your unique sales stages (e.g., “New Lead,” “Proposal Sent,” “Negotiation,” “Closed Won”).
  • Automated Lead Routing: I’ll set up rules to automatically assign new leads from your website to the correct sales team member.
  • Task & Activity Automation: I’ll create automated reminders for your team to follow up with leads and schedule activities based on where a lead is in the pipeline.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: I’ll build a basic sales dashboard to track key metrics like total deals in the pipeline, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
  • Team Training: A 90-minute live training session to onboard your team and show them how to move deals through the pipeline.

Package 3: The Enterprise CRM

Includes:

  • Everything in the “The Growth CRM” Package, PLUS:
  • Advanced Lead Scoring: I will implement a system to automatically score leads based on their activity and demographic information, helping your team prioritize.
  • Full Customization: I’ll create unlimited custom fields, views, and dashboards to perfectly match your business processes and reporting needs.
  • Service & Ticketing System: I will set up a support ticket system, allowing customer service requests from your website to be automatically logged and managed in the CRM.
  • App & Tool Integration: I’ll connect the CRM with two other crucial business applications (e.g., accounting software like QuickBooks, a proposal tool like PandaDoc, or a project management tool like Asana).
  • On-Demand Support: 30 days of post-launch support via email and a dedicated communication channel to ensure a smooth transition.

Important Notes:

Ongoing Management: These packages do not include ongoing CRM administration or maintenance. We can discuss a separate retainer for that service if needed.

Software Costs: This is a one-time fee for my professional services. It does not include the monthly or annual subscription fees for the CRM software itself. I will recommend platforms that best fit your budget.

Data Migration: The listed pricing includes a basic data import. Larger, more complex data migration projects will be quoted separately.
